By using Neko Hunter you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not to be survived.
What the app does
Neko Hunter estimates what a second-hand item might resell for, based on a photo you take and comparable sales data. Every number it gives you is an estimate.
This is not financial advice. Appraisals are generated
automatically and can be wrong — sometimes confidently wrong. Condition, completeness, edition,
authenticity and market timing all move real prices, and the app cannot assess most of those
from a photograph. You are responsible for what you choose to buy or sell. We are not liable
for money lost on a purchase the app encouraged, or a sale it discouraged.
Neko Hunter Pro
- Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription, charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end.
- Manage or cancel in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Pro is described as unlimited scanning. In practice a fair-use ceiling applies to prevent automated abuse. It is set far above normal use; if you reach it legitimately, contact us.
- Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm, and may vary by region.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under the App Store terms of sale.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to bypass scan limits, reverse-engineer the app, or automate scanning.
- Don't upload photos of people, documents, or anything you don't have the right to share.
- Don't rely on the app as the sole basis for a high-value purchase.
Availability
The service depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We aim to give notice of significant changes, but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
